Historical and Mythological Elements

"Asterix et le Griffon" draws inspiration from Greek mythology, incorporating the legendary creature, the griffin, into the story. By featuring this mythical beast, the new comic book offers fans a fresh take on the Asterix universe while educating them about ancient mythology.

The story also weaves historical elements into the narrative, transporting readers back to the time of the Roman Empire. The Gaulish village's struggle against the Romans serves as a backdrop for the adventure, providing a rich historical context for the story.
